When will my order ship?

Please note that each and every item is handcrafted by our workshop. We work very hard to ship as soon as we are able, but due to my high order volume, please allow some time for production, before shipping. You can view the production time for each piece under the "Shipping & Policies" tab in the listing description.

I update my production times frequently and during high-demand times the production process will be slightly longer (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.). You can view the estimated shipping times in my shop policies above. Please contact me directly with any questions or concerns about when a piece may arrive. Thank you! :)

Do you offer gift wrapping? How can I find my ring size?

Each and every piece will arrive ready for gift-giving, whether it be a gift just for you, or for a loved one :)

➣ Because we had some issues with Canada post and we can not trust their reliability, we decided to charge more and ship all the orders to Canada Through DHL Express Mail, and the delivery time is 3-5 days very safely. Our intention is always the happy customers by the shopping experience.

Care instructions

Fine jewelry is delicate by nature and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:
➢Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume etc.
➢Leave your jewelry at home before engaging in strenuous activities such as working out.
➢Do not wear your jewelry to the beach or the pool to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.
Exposure to makeup, oil, and dyes can diminish the sparkle of your jewelry.
➢Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.
➢For necklaces, please clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
➢To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the 14k gold and diamonds.

NOT manufacturing defects- repair

Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require " building up" or restoration work as normal wear. Bent, caught, or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. A lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to shipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

While all of my jewelry is carefully handcrafted, please be sure to follow the care instructions that I send out with each piece to ensure that your jewelry will not suffer breakage. Most importantly, please do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, as movements during sleep can result in damage.

Refund-Shipping

Refunds will not be issued if the returned items are opened or in used condition or altered or damaged in any way and also if the returning shipping and packaging method is different than previously mentioned.

If the customer claims that he or she has received a damaged product and requests a repair or a return and refund then the product must always be returned to me for examination and if there is no alteration or damage from misuse I will refund the shipping cost for returning the product to me and send a new one or refund it depending on the customer request. I can not take any responsibility if your item lost or stolen by your local post service, airport, customs, etc, once your order has entered your country!

Cancel order-Returns and Exchanges

📌 Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours. Contact ASAP (within 14 days of receiving) if you are unhappy with your order. In case of returns, refunds, or exchanges, the shipping fees are paid by the customer. There may be some additional customs fees that cannot be considered shipping costs and our shop isn't responsible for.

Non-personalized or not made to order items can be returned for a refund of the full item cost (not including shipping fees) if returned unworn and in the original packaging. Custom orders, products made to order aren't refundable or exchangeable.

Making a purchase on my Etsy shop means you automatically agree with the shop's policies.

Lost Package

🔔 Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Delivery time

We ship the packages from Greece. The estimate delivery time from Greece with DHL or FedEx Express Shipping is:
📌USA: 3-9 working days
📌AU - CA: 5-10 working days
📌EU: 1-3 working days
📌Rest of the world: 5-10 working days

The delivery time is extended during the Holiday season, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and at high-demand times. The delivery times are an estimation. Any further delay at the destination countries is beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties, customs charges, or VAT taxes that may occur. The order will be shipped to your ETSY address, so, make sure you provide the correct address! I am not responsible for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned.

Customers from UK - Customs Changes

Based on new regulations since Brexit, all orders with destination to the UK have to undergo a VAT tax of 20%, which needs to get paid from the customers before they receive their package. The VAT is recollected by the shipping company and then given to the UK government. The UK VAT tax cannot be considered shipping or customs fees.
