Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
➤ Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Unless we have a communication with the customer and I have given different instructions, the item must be returned only with DHL Express Shipping in a new and unused condition in a protective new or original packaging. Please contact me to request a refund.
➤ No cancellation or returns accepted or refunds are given for custom-made or made-to-order are only eligible for an exchange towards any other item(s) of equal or higher value.
➤ Earrings and any kind of jewelry made for ear piercings are considered not refundable.
➤ For made-to-order, not returnable or refundable items, an exception for exchange may take place, only with a remelting fee of 20%.
➤ Customers that want to make a return for any reason will have to also return the original tax/vat receipt that was included with their order. Without the receipt, there can be no refund! Also, customers are responsible for any possible customs fees that are to be expected for all returning packages from outside the EU and for both the shipping costs of the return and of the initial shipment.
➤ Unless instructed otherwise, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of a returning package. Depending on their location, they may have to pay for potential customs fees and the shipping costs of the initial shipment.
➤ If customers have entered wrong shipping address information in Etsy or their local post service did not find them in their address during the delivery process and their order returns to me the order can be refunded minus the shipping cost or can be re-shipped plus new shipping cost.
➤ If the unclaimed returned order has any kind of a discount like free shipping or percentage in its price then the discount will also be deducted from the refunded cost and always a refund will be given after I receive the returned item.
➤ Because all of our products are handmade, in the case of false size or
given measurements by the customer, there is not the option of return but only that of exchange. In that case, the customer will need to pau for 15% restocking fees and take care of the shipping costs both ways.
➤ If a non-refundable non-returnable custom-made order or item made to order returns back for the reasons above there is only the option for the customer to pay a new shipping cost to receive it back. The product will remain to me until the customer repay for the shipping cost.
➤ Customers are responsible to track and receive their orders and communicating with their local post service for delivery.
Please note that each and every item is handcrafted by our workshop. We work very hard to ship as soon as we are able, but due to my high order volume, please allow some time for production, before shipping. I update my production times frequently and during high-demand times the production process will be slightly longer (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.). ➣ Because we had some issues with Canada post and we can not trust their reliability, we decided to charge more and ship all the orders to Canada Through DHL Express Mail, and the delivery time is 3-5 days very safely. Our intention is always the happy customers by the shopping experience.
Fine Jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We don't provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require " building up" or restoration work as normal wear. Bent, caught, or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. A lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to shipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
While all of my jewelry is carefully handcrafted, please be sure to follow the care instructions that I send out with each piece to ensure that your jewelry will not suffer breakage. Most importantly, please do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, as movements during sleep can result in damage.
Refunds will not be issued if the returned items are opened or in used condition or altered or damaged in any way and also if the returning shipping and packaging method is different than previously mentioned.
If the customer claims that he or she has received a damaged product and requests a repair or a return and refund then the product must always be returned to me for examination and if there is no alteration or damage from misuse I will refund the shipping cost for returning the product to me and send a new one or refund it depending on the customer request. I can not take any responsibility if your item lost or stolen by your local post service, airport, customs, etc, once your order has entered your country!
📌 I don't accept cancellations. Contact ASAP (within 14 days of receiving) if you are unhappy with your order. In case of returns, refunds, or exchanges, the shipping fees are paid by the customer. There may be some additional customs fees that cannot be considered shipping costs and our shop isn't responsible for.
Non-personalized or not made to order items can be returned for a refund of the full item cost (not including shipping fees) if returned unworn and in the original packaging. Custom orders, products made to order aren't refundable or exchangeable.

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

The delivery time is extended during the Holiday season, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and at high-demand times. The delivery times are an estimation. Any further delay at the destination countries is beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties, customs charges, or VAT taxes that may occur. The order will be shipped to your ETSY address, so, make sure you provide the correct address! I am not responsible for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned.
Based on new regulations since Brexit, all orders with destination to the UK have to undergo a VAT tax of 20%, which needs to get paid from the customers before they receive their package. The VAT is recollected by the shipping company and then given to the UK government. The UK VAT tax cannot be considered shipping or customs fees.
